Trenton has always been committed to doing the best job that he can in whatever role he is in.

He has been in customer service and retail since I started working at 15 years old. He has many years of customer service and management experience, so the ability to take initiative and work independently comes naturally to him.

What really excited Trenton about this position are the opportunities to learn new things and grow personally as well as professionally, and Encompass takes pride in offering opportunities for just such an experience!

He is passionate about learning new skills, which have led him to take on many different projects as well as taking the lead in developing our websites into something both dynamic and beautiful.
